Data we process
Depending on your use, we may process form details, organisation, requested service and budget, message, language, landing page, campaign source, correspondence and commercial status. Strictly necessary security logs may also be processed. Only after your agreement, analytics or advertising identifiers and associated conversions may be used.
Purposes and legal bases
Enquiries are handled to respond, assess a project and take requested pre-contract steps. Professional follow-up and security rely on legitimate interests. Non-essential trackers, personalised advertising and promotional communications to people who opt in rely on consent. Accounting duties rely on law.
Recipients
Data is available to authorised KAVAK personnel and necessary hosting, email and security providers and, when enabled, CRM, analytics or advertising providers. We do not sell personal data. Active tools are identified in the cookie settings.
Retention
Internal aggregate statistics are retained for 90 days. Prospect data may be retained for up to three years after collection or the prospect’s latest contact. Contract and accounting data is retained for statutory periods. Consent preferences are retained for a limited period before consent is requested again.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, transfers rely on a recognised legal mechanism and appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, withdraw consent and object to marketing. You may also complain to the French data protection authority, CNIL, at cnil.fr. Additional rights under the law of your country remain available where applicable.
